Once we identify our client's needs we tailor make concepts to suit individual styles. When a brief has been established Jigsaw Management commissions specialists in the area of design and décor to carry the concept throughout every element of the event.

Venue Research & Liaison
Once a suitable venue has been selected Jigsaw Management takes over all contact with the venue in connection with setup schedules, catering, bars, directional signage, confirmation of numbers and décor.

Administrative Support
With the help of our team of administrative personnel, dedicated phone lines and email addresses, we act as your event base during the build up to the day. Your guests or delegates need never know you did not organise the event yourself. Jigsaw Management offers the most advanced technology in secure on-line registration.

Web Based Event Marketing
An event website can be hosted by Jigsaw Management for web-based registrations. You are updated on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Third Party Liaison
All supplier tenders and contracts are co-ordinated through our offices. This includes initial quote comparisons through to set-up schedules for the day itself. We co-ordinate all planning meetings with clients and subcontractors during the production period.
